Who do y’all use for internet? I hate spectrum and mad that I have to bash @Ask_Spectrum to get solutions smh…but seriously don’t use this company!!! It has been a headache since I got them in December…they’re stealing money and the Wi-Fi sucks

Hour 5 on the phone with @GetSpectrum today - talked to 5 different people and am on hold again.No one seems to know how to help us out. This is perhaps the worst customer experience I’ve had. I can’t even begin to describe how frustrating they’ve been. 😡

Imagine a @WOW_WAY customer saying if you can't fix my 20mbps to match the 1gb speeds I'm paying for they'll have to switch and then NO ONE shows up inside your window for a scheduled in home tech visit.Dear @GetSpectrum I guess we will meet again.

If @GetSpectrum put half the effort into reducing costs up front that they put into chasing me down with "discounts" after I cancel/switch they'd do better.Relying on your customers being too lazy to challenge price increases after the fact is just predatory.
