Just chatted to an @Xfinity support agent, they helped with my modem but slapped me around with the hard sell on switching from @ATT for phone even after I told them we are stuck with @ATT because on coverage in Cali’s high sierras. They just kept on going. I had to hang up. 🤯

So my good 'ol phone doesn't work anymore, thanks to @ATT cutting off 3G. I spent 2 hours waiting on phone yesterday with @ATT "Customer Service" & today almost 2 hours in their store (their in-store rep - nice guy! - couldn't get through to their regional office!) PLEASE HELP?

@ATTBusinessCare Props to @ATTBusinessCare for their quick response and doing all they could to help. Not sure what happened yesterday that I was on hold for so long, but today I was able to get things resolved in under a half an hour. Thank you to the fine reps who helped me!
