Who Qualifies for Inspire?
To qualify for Inspire you must meet the following criteria:
1. Be an adult who is not benefitting from CPAP.
2. Have moderate to severe sleep apnea.
3. Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 35 (less than 32 for some insurance plans).

Are any other tests required to qualify for Inspire?
A short procedure called a Drug Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) is required to determine if you are a candidate for the device. Your Texas ENT physician will discuss this with you at your appointment.
