“We were staying at Staybridge Suites to attend a concert and didn't want to tackle trying to find a restaurant. After reading reviews we decided to call Firehouse which we learned about from a menu we found at the check in desk. WOW!! What a pleasant surprise!! First, the service was incredible, delivery right to our room!! She was delightful and deserved the extra tip!! Second, I don't know what you put in that pizza sauce but I wish it was bottled so I could take it back to New Palestine, Indiana with us!! FABULOUS!! And the salad was fresh and plentiful!! If we get back to Peoria we will be frequenting your establishment again!! Thank you!! ❤️“

“Ordered pizza tonight online, and when I showed up I found out they didn't have anyone to work the kitchen and the pizza wasn't ready. The cashier who was working by herself asked me to give her 15 minutes to make the one large pizza, two mini pizzas, and cheesesticks and she would make it for me. She had the order ready in no time even though the place was super busy! She was very friendly, helpful, and a great worker.“

“Great place to go. Side salad is the best around if you're looking for a pre dinner smaller garden salad. Bone-in wings are always a go-to item here. Pizza is very good, crust is a medium crust type, which I prefer an ultra thin crust, but the sauce here makes up for the extra carbs. The atmosphere is OK, has not been updated in a while, and the men's bathroom needs a face-lift as it is showing its age a bit. Overall, we visit the 5th at least 2 times a month as the service is always great sitting at the bar and Gold Rush Gaming seems to be a hit with the family too. 4 Stars because of the bathroom condition, bathrooms are a very important place when it comes to an establishment.“

“I had a pretty big order. The delivery was lightning fast! Delivery driver was super sweet. Food was hot and tasty. I ordered icing with my dessert and I believe it fell out of the box it was in. I called and he offered to deliver my icing! YAY! I didn't have to eat dry cinnamon sticks. Way to go Pizza Hut! Keep it up!“

“They have great pizza. There is a decent selection of beer although more rotating taps would improve that somewhat. Trivia on Monday night is always a good time. Pool table available also. Overall a very good place for a meal or just to hang out for the night.“

“Had a wonderful experience at Charlie's. The wife and I went on a Saturday afternoon with the intention of having tenderloins. Upon arriving found they were having some fish specials, one of which being blue gill. Sorry tenderloin, not today. I got the blue gill, the wife however did get the tenderloin.My blue gill was wonderful, served w/baked potato and coleslaw. Potato was slightly under done, but nothing a little extra butter couldn't fix. And the coleslaw was really good.The wifes tenderloin (which she shared) was really good, nice thickness, seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The bun lacked a little, but wasn't terrible. The tenderloin is served with your choice of fries, regular, curly, waffle or tater tots. She went with curly, and they were plentiful, hot and tasty.The service was excellent, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was casual and fun to be there.Highly recommend!“

“We were there on a super busy Monday. They were very polite and pretty quick to seat us. Our server had lots of tables but seemed to always be around when we needed her, which wasn't often. The pizza was really good and the kids burger looked to be fresh hand pattied. Try the rueben pizza, unbelievable ?. Can't wait to visit again.“

“swear to you this. Best food you’ll ever have they give you 4 big pieces of cfried chicken and it’s stays fresh and hot all the way till your done and you get a whole bunch of fries as well only for 13 dollars. They also have lots of other things and it’s all homemade and cheap. Recommend 5 stars for sure.“

“Update:Mark the owner called me and was amazing. He offered to absolutely make up for everything even though it was Doordash's fault. This restaurant has wonderful customer service and will definitely have our business from here on out. This review is mostly about their delivery partner.I just moved to Peoria, and yesterday, after 8 hours of lugging heavy boxes and furniture up 2 flights of stairs into our apartment, we decided to treat ourselves with a local pizza place.So I called for delivery because we're sweaty and exhausted, and the employee tells me they only deliver through Doordash.Crap. I hate Doordash. Nine times out of ten, there's an issue with the delivery. I picked a pizza place, because they usually hire their own drivers.But we're too tired to find somewhere else to order, so I bite the bullet.My Doordash order gets here, and of course, there's a whole pizza missing from the order. Typical Doordash. I called the restaurant and he confirmed that the pizza was still sitting there. He offered to call Doordash for a re-delivery, and I said sure, thank you.Well, 7 phone calls back and forth with Doordash customer service, they told me 1) They'd re-deliver, 2) Oops, they couldn't reach the driver 3) Do you want a refund? 4) Oops, we can't process a refund 5) I'll ask my supervisor for a re-delivery again 6) This time I had to call, and they told me they had to "escalate the issue" 7) It is now the next day, and they tell me they have to "escalate it" again to a different team.So now it's the next day and I'm still without my refund and without my pizza.2 stars for the food, because what we did receive was very tasty, but after the day we had and the added stress from Doordash, I don't know if we'll ever order here again. “Monical's Florentine is the "perfect" light American pizza. Nothing comes close. I frequently enjoy dining at Monical's for events, and their thin crust pizzas have never disappointed me during each visit. At this location, the wait staff are sometimes hard to get the attention of more than once an hour -- but it's also a pizza restaurant.“

“The Veggie Delight is my absolute fav. Just make sure they aren't out of artichokes when they fill your order. That's happened twice over the years and it was quite disappointing since that's what makes the Veggie Delight an actual delight, in my opinion. This place has some nice employees. We go weekly when in town.“

“This was our first time trying this pizza! Our rating is 3.5 stars. We ordered 2 pepperoni and sausage thin crust 12" inch pizzas with light cheese for dinner on a Sunday night. The total was $24.25 for both pizzas. The pizza was greasy. The amount of toppings was good and the toppings tasted good. The pizza didn't have a lot of sauce but the sauce had good flavor. The pizza crust had a good crunch. Our issue was the pieces on the edge had a burnt charred flavor that was not enjoyable! Some pieces were not burnt and tasted ok. We wanted to really like this place because it has great reviews! The restaurant was busy at the time of pick up! This was just not a great pizza experience !“

“The pizza is excellent. This is always a gathering place for our family when we visit Peoria. It's a been staple of the community for decades and it's like stepping into a time capsule. Worth a try if you're lucky enough to grab a table.Kid-friendliness: They give the kids a little ball of pizza dough to play with. The kids always enjoy it.“

“Their pizza is great for what it is, but it doesn't have the thin, puffy, charred crust I typically associate with wood fired pizza. Their crust is too thick for me. The ambience in the restaurant is great though, and they have spectacular birthday sparklers that come on a complementary gelato serving!“

“We have eaten in or we have preordered for carry out at least 2-3 times a month. Never had a bad pizza since they opened about 8 years ago(2015) at Peoria North location. The Pizza is always HOT! You pick up your pizza from the bar, and if you get there and your pizza is not ready from a call in, they offer you a drink from the bar as a complementary, wait. 5 stars any way you ask!!“

“The Wednesday special of 20 wings for 13 is amazing. Can get bone in or out.. Will even bread them either way (if wanted).Their house dressing (don't know flavor) is my favorite. Don't normally eat salad but do eat theirs..Always get served by same person and she is best part of going there.Have had their large ravioli and it is one of the best Italian meals in Peoria area. The lasagna was one of my GF favorites.They also have fountain diet mountain dew. “We stopped in for lunch. Wife had lasagna and I had baked cheese Ravioli. Clean, very efficient and the wait was perfect. We enjoyed a quiet lunch together and the atmosphere and staff were amazing. “I had a great time at Sugar Wood. I had the BLT Quesadilla, Pork Chipotle Pizza, Artisan Cheese Bread and Pesto Chicken. My favorite thing was the BLT Quesadilla. It was so delicious and fresh. The chicken was moist. The bacon was crispy. 9.5/10 The pork chipotle pizza was pretty good. It was a little sloppy but that's ok. BBQ sauce tasted good nothing really special tho. The Pork needed a little more seasoning. But still good overall. 8/10. The Artisan Cheese Bread was delicious,fresh and crispy.If your not a fan of Parmesan don't get it, it loaded with Parmesan. 8.5/10 Which I love!! Last but not least Pesto Chicken. It came with Mac and Cheese and Potatoes. The chicken was juicy and tasty. The potatoes were nice and flavorful. The Mac and Cheese was ok. It just needs a little more flavor in the sauce. Chicken 8/10. Potatoes 9/10 Mac and Cheese 8/10. Shout out to the Chefs/Cooks the food was great!!! Shout out to the waitress she was cool.
