Turbo charge your mornings with a healthy boost.
By now, most of us know what quinoa is. We know how to make it nice and fluffy. We know it's a complete vegetarian protein. And we know, for the most part, how to pronounce this South American grain. But not many of us know how to incorporate it into one of the most important meals of the day, breakfast.
Incorporating quinoa into breakfast is one of the easiest ways to start the day off on the right foot. In Peru, one of the countries where this grain originates, this is common practice. And it can be for you, too. Eaten as porridge, baked into granola or whisked into omelets, there are many delicious ways to eat quinoa in the morning.
