Staff are incredibly friendly and flexible, not tomention they really know their stuff. Ihad aproblem with apedal Igot from them and they handled really well and Iwill definitely keep giving them mybusiness.

Every single time Icome here they helped meout right away. Ross the tech person was able tofix mysaxophone right away two times. There isthis sales person name Emily who was sopolite. Iwould 100% recommend this place.

Palen Music Center isdefinitely the place togo! They have aservice department that isamazing! They dorepairs quickly and effectively! Myson’s trombone slide got dingedup, and they had ittuned upand repaired the sameday! Very affordable maintenance plans cover most repairs and tuneups. Great selection ofinstruments (new and used). Can’t say enough good things about these guys Go visit them and see for yourself!
